Terms and Conditions of Pipipax Tour & Safari Limited

1. Booking and Payments
1.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Pipipax Tour & Safari Limited.
1.2. A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, as specified for each travel package.
1.3. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, supplier price changes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
1.4. Final payment must be made within the specified deadline to secure your booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.
1.5. All prices are quoted in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) unless otherwise specified. International payments may be subject to currency conversion rates.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
2.1. Cancellation policies vary by package and service providers. Please refer to specific package details for refund eligibility.
2.2. Any cancellation must be communicated in writing to Pipipax Tour & Safari Limited.
2.3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the supplier's policies, and service charges may apply.
2.4. No refunds will be given for unused services once the trip has commenced.
2.5. Cancellation fees may apply as follows:
- More than 30 days before departure: 10% of total cost
- 15-30 days before departure: 25% of total cost
- 7-14 days before departure: 50% of total cost
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund
3. Travel Documents and Requirements
3.1. It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents.
3.2. Pipipax Tour & Safari Limited will provide guidance on visa requirements but cannot be held responsible for visa denials or delays.
3.3. Travelers must comply with all health requirements, including vaccinations and COVID-19 protocols as required by destination countries.
3.4. Failure to meet document requirements may result in trip cancellation with no refund.
4. Travel Insurance
4.1. We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance.
4.2. Travel insurance should cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, personal liability, and emergency evacuation.
4.3. Pipipax Tour & Safari Limited is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of adequate insurance coverage.
5. Health and Safety
5.1. Travelers participate in activities at their own risk.
5.2. Pipipax Tour & Safari Limited maintains high safety standards but cannot guarantee absolute safety.
5.3. Travelers must follow all safety instructions provided by guides and staff.
5.4. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed before booking.
5.5. In case of medical emergency, Pipipax will assist in arranging medical care, but all costs are the traveler's responsibility.
6. Force Majeure
6.1. Pipipax Tour & Safari Limited is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions or restrictions
- War or terrorism
- Pandemic or health emergencies
- Transportation delays or cancellations
6.2. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements or partial refunds where possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Pipipax Tour & Safari Limited's liability is limited to the cost of the tour package.
7.2. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
7.3. Our liability does not extend to third-party service providers.
7.4. Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
8. Privacy Policy
8.1. We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.2. Personal data may be shared with service providers necessary for trip arrangements.
8.3. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information.
8.4. You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information.
9. Complaints and Disputes
9.1. Any complaints should be reported immediately to our staff during the trip.
9.2. Written complaints should be submitted within 30 days of trip completion.
9.3. We will investigate all complaints and respond within 14 business days.
9.4. Disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Tanzania.
10. Modifications to Terms
10.1. Pipipax Tour & Safari Limited reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
10.2. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will apply to new bookings.
10.3. Existing bookings will be governed by the terms in effect at the time of booking.
